SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp messages sent through platforms operated by DayArc Solutions, which is operated by EOS Solutions LLC, doing business as Engineered Ops Solutions (“DayArc”, “we”, “us”), on behalf of the business you booked with.

1. What you will receive

Appointment and payment messages from the business you booked with: confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, replies, and a link to pay for a completed service. Each message names the business and DayArc. Messages are sent only if you opt in, for example by checking the text message box when you book. No promotional messages are sent under this program.

2. How often

Message frequency depends on your bookings, typically one to four messages per appointment.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

4. Stopping messages

Reply STOP or BAJA at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To start again, opt in on your next booking or reply START.

5. Help

Reply HELP or AYUDA for help, contact the business you booked with, or reach us at hello@engineeredopssolutions.com or (205) 834-6009.

6. Consent

Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. You can book without opting in.

7. Privacy

We use your phone number only to send messages about your appointments and payments. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy.

8. Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. En español

Si aceptas al reservar, el negocio con el que reservaste puede enviarte por SMS o WhatsApp confirmaciones, recordatorios, cambios de tus citas y un enlace para pagar un servicio completado. La frecuencia depende de tus citas. Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos. Responde BAJA o STOP para dejar de recibir mensajes y AYUDA o HELP para obtener ayuda. Aceptar mensajes no es condición para reservar. No compartimos tu número ni tu consentimiento con terceros para fines de mercadotecnia. No enviamos mensajes promocionales en este programa.
